Attention High School Junior & Senior Female Athletes!

This online support group of high school female athletes will be facilitated by licensed therapist, Jonelle Massey, a former college coach, D1 College Basketball player and current high school coach. Ladies representing a diversity of sports will be led in conversations about:

  • The demands of high school sports
  • Balancing academics, sports and college planning
  • Coping with pressure and anxiety
  • Building confidence through
adversity

Session Options

• Fall – 8 weekly sessions
• Winter – 8 weekly sessions

Limited to 10 ladies a group.
$45/per weekly session
